WHO IT'S FOR
TaylorMade P-770 irons are made for highly-skilled ball strikers. Players who like the smaller size and workable shape of a blade but also appreciate built-in distance and some added forgiveness will gravitate toward the P-770 design. These golf clubs are designed for better golfers and could be played by someone with a 10-15 handicap, depending on skill set and consistent ball contact.
FORGED HOLLOW BODY + FLTD CG
The P-770 irons feature a soft carbon steel body, a thin, wrap-around forged face, and up to 46 grams of tungsten in the toe all combined to produce explosive distance and exceptional forgiveness. FLTD CG places the center of gravity the lowest in the long irons and shifts it higher throughout the set for improved launch and playability in the long irons and increased spin in the scoring irons.
SPEEDFOAM AIR
The hollow club head is injected with ultra-light urethane SpeedFoam Air to dampen vibration for enhanced sound and feel while creating a fast, flexible club face.
